I started my career teaching a multi-age class of 4th and 5th graders. After a few years of that, my partner teacher and I decided to discontinue the multi-age setting and become just 4th grade teachers.
I have been with the same colleagues / teammates now for around 19 years! We compliment each other's teaching and have become like family! We have been very blessed to be able to stay together year after year!
Over the years I have been intrigued about how I can incorporate technology into my classroom. We have one to one iPads and I take great pride in my continued learning with regards to tech!
I have a wonderful family, with two children. Teenagers! Which I hope to survive these teenage years! We have two Mountain Feist dogs. They are hunting dogs and always finding something to bark at out the window! They are great family dogs though, and such cuddlers! The white one is Luna and the blonde is Stella.
